Bryley Systems introduces Joan Lunman, Internal Systems Advocate

Bryley Systems is pleased to announce that Joan Lunman has joined the company as Internal Systems Advocate.  She has over 10-years of experience in the IT Service industry, having most recently worked at TAB Computer Systems Inc. in East Hartford, CT.

Joan has an excellent understanding of day-to-day operations as well as the functions of ConnectWise, the leading, IT-oriented, Professional Services Automation tool used at Bryley Systems and many other firms.

Joan has a BA from Potsdam State University in Potsdam, NY.

Dana Biello joins Bryley Systems

Dana Biello is an experienced IT professional with a solid technical background deploying, troubleshooting, and supporting Microsoft Windows desktop computers and Microsoft Office applications.  She has held technical positions as an IT Specialist at Patriot Ambulance and at MarketOne International, supporting the end-users at both organizations while maintaining a successful track record of completing IT projects on-time and on-budget.

Dana will work within the technical-services team providing both remote and onsite support to our clients.

Garin Livingstone advances to Project Manager

Garin Livingstone, a member of Bryley Systems’ technical-services team since 2008, has been promoted to Project Manager.

In this new role, Garin will focus on project management, from proposal generation through deployment, training, and documentation.  Garin will also support the Business Development team and will address the continuing development of Bryley’s Managed IT Services and Cloud Services.

Garin’s attention to detail, technical knowledge, and product knowledge, along with excellent client-service skills, were instrumental in this change.

Baesis, Inc. is a growing, Northborough, MA-based company (since 2007) providing ERP solutions to organizations throughout the USA; they are one of the largest Sage Software, Inc. and JobOps partner-resellers in the country.

Bryley Systems Inc. is a growing, Hudson, MA-based company (since 1987) providing Managed IT Services to clients throughout central New England; they have been ranked in the top 500 Managed IT Service Providers (MSPs) worldwide for the second straight year.

Acquisition facts:

  • Baesis is focusing on its core practice of ERP deployments, which it is expanding nationwide with offices in Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York, and Kansas.
  • To facilitate this growth, Baesis divested its Managed IT Services practice and clients to Bryley Systems.
  • Bryley Systems acquired 24 Managed IT Services clients from Baesis in 2015.

Livingstones participate as judges at the STEM Expo at Marlboro High School

The June 12th STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) Expo at Marlboro High School featured interdisciplinary-team research projects on “Going Green at Marlborough High School” (9th graders) and “How to Reach and Colonize Mars” (10th graders).  These research projects were the culmination of a semester of intense, independent, original research.

About 40 professionals from different companies, including Cathy and Gavin Livingstone of Bryley Systems, judged these works based on understanding, originality, and presentation.
