Last month Kristin Pryor, Director of Services/Delivery, got an email about the work of Michelle Denio from a happy client in the recruiting industry. (Bryley is thankful for Michelle, too!)

I wanted to drop a line and let you know what a pleasure it is to work with Michelle. I reach out to her constantly with last minute requests, many, many questions, and for general technology information.
When I present our CEO with anything IT management-related, I am always well-armed with lots of information provided by Michelle. Rarely do I have to go back to Michelle and get more information, as I’m able to answer the CEO’s questions on the first go-round. This makes me look good.
Michelle is always incredibly responsive through every medium: phone, email, ticket portal. She’s also very patient with the variety of questions we have and the short-turn-around requests we have. It’s always a pleasure to work with Bryley, but especially with Michelle! She is an enormous asset to your organization!
