service teamThe service personnel at Bryley are among the most experienced and expert in the business, each with a broad-based background and first-hand, on-the-job experience.   Experience levels include:

Consultants

Consultants design, plan, and manage large-scale, high-end projects and rollouts.  They have at least five years of computer-network, network-security, and/or telephone-systems experience, with significant certifications from major manufacturers.  They hold a significant certification in their field of expertise, such as a CCNA, MCTS, MCITP, or similar certification.  (CCNA is Cisco Certified Network Associate.  MCTS is Microsoft Certified Technical Specialist.  MCIT Pro is Microsoft’s Certified Information Technology Professional.)

Consultants have considerable expertise in high-end disciplines such as WAN, WLAN, and LAN deployment, network-security implementation, multi-site telephone-system integration through VoIP, and complex operating-system issues. 

Engineers

Engineers plan, deploy, and manage computer networks, network security, and advanced telephone-systems.  They also deal with all back-office network issues, from connectivity through computer-telephony integration. 

Engineers have at least two years of experience in computer networks, network security, and/or advanced telephone systems.  Most also hold a significant certification in their field of expertise, such as a CCNA, MCIT, MCTS, or similar certification.

Technicians

Technicians deploy solutions and solve problems at end-user locations.  They are typically A+ Certified and/or have at least one year of experience supporting desktop-computer hardware, software, and/or single-site telephone system.
